Please join IN-DC at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, January 27th at the Embassy of Ireland at The Mills Building, 1700 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20006.  Doors will open at 5.30pm. The event will start with a reception from 5.30 to 6.00pm, and the AGM will start promptly at 6.00p.m. The evening will include remarks from the Irish Ambassador to the United States, Geraldine Byrne Nason. 

Please note the location of the AGM will take place at the Irish Embassy and not the Residence of the Irish Ambassador, where it has been held in previous years. 

This year, the AGM will be followed by a presentation by Sean Meehan, author of the recently published book, The Emerald Bench, with Q&A and a reception from 7.00-8.30pm.   The Emerald Bench is available to purchase here.  If you would like to purchase a copy and bring it along to the event, Sean would be happy to sign the book for you on the night.

Members who are unable to attend in person may cast their 2026 Board vote by proxy. Please reach out to IN-DC at  irishnetworkdc@gmail.com to request your proxy form and instructions by January 23rd using the Subject Line "Proxy Request - [Member Name]".

Annual membership is just $75 and connects you to many great events in the DC area, a national Irish network, frequent discounts to our activities, as well as invitations to member-only events. Student membership is $15. If you’d like to further support our work, you can also sign up to become a Friend of IN-DC for $150.
